Space Assignment
Exhibit space must be executed and dated by a duly authorized agent of the vendor/exhibitor. Full payment must accompany the contract. Please make your reservations prior to July 24, 2023. Notification that your space has been reserved will be returned to you after TPLB 2023 has confirmed your payment and space assignment. Unless otherwise directed by TPLB 2023, all vendor/exhibit spaces will be located at Recreation Park 4900 E. 7th St., Long Beach, CA 90804 in a designated area.
EXHIBIT BOOTH SPACE SIZE AND STRUCTURE
The baseline exhibit booth is a 10’ x 10’ single space. Additional space is charged in multiples of a 10’ x 10’ allocation. In addition, each will be provided with a table, and two chairs. Please make TPLB 2023 aware if your space will require electricity (at an additional cost). Vendor/Exhibit must be confined within the area of space issued to the vendor/exhibitor and cannot obstruct the view of the surrounding vendors/exhibitors.

Look for bandshell off 7th Street on Federation Drive. Parking can be found along Federation Drive, at Golf Course across 7th St, by Billy Jean King Tennis Center, and all along Park Ave.
